Breaking News: Another Nigeria Serving Senator Is Dead

Barely two months after the death of Senator Benjamin Uwajumogu from Imo State in December last year, the red chamber has lost another member from Plateau State.
According to PUNCH Newspaper Ignatius Longjan, the Senator representing Plateau South Senatorial District is dead.
The report said that one of his colleagues in the Senate confirmed the news of his death this Monday Morning.
The senator quoted by PUNCH to have said “Yes,  the man is dead but it is either his family, the Plateau State Government or the President of the Senate that could give an official statement on that.
“I saw the unfortunate news on senators Whatsapp group this morning. I don’t have details about his death but he has been sick for some time now. ”

The Ebonyi state chapter of Action People's Party(APP) have commended the Ebonyi state House of Assembly for expressly approving the 180 million requested by the state governor as the amount needed by the Ebonyi state Independence Electoral commission (EBSIEC) for the conduct of the 2020 Council election in the state.
