COVID-19: Ikwo East DC Coordinator Flags Off House To House Prevention Campaign

The coordinator, Ikwo East Development Center, Hon. Emmanuel Ekuma, has Officially flag off house to house sensitization campaign against the dreaded coronavirus in the Development Center.

This is part of Governor David Umahi's proactive measures to contain the spread of the covi-19 pandemic in the state.

The flag ceremony which was performed by the Coordinator, Ekuma Emmanuel was witnessed by Ikwo East DC Action Committee on the control and prevention of Corona virus and the health Officers and their team leaders, took place at Echialike Health Center.

The coordinator however,  directed all the stakeholders and village heads to immediately embark on house to house campaign against the spread of the Virus.
He also urge them to take records of all the houses visited and the endorsement of the head of the houses and should be reported to his office.

Ekuma urged those Involved,to take the task seriously, as One thousand naira Cash reward will be given for each house visited to act as motivation.
