GOVERNOR UMAHI CHARGES A NEWLY WEDDED COUPLE TO MAKE GOD THEIR HIDING PLACE,PROCLAIMS BLESSINGS & BEST WISHES UPON THE  NEWLY-WED

The Governor of Ebonyi State,His Excellency, Engr  Chief David Nweze Umahi, FNSE FNATE has charged a newly wedded couple,  Mr Isaiah Obi Avwodoke and his wife Mrs  Jules Oma Obi to make God Almighty their hiding place in their marriage.The Governor who was represented by the Hon. Commissioner for Information and State Orientation,Barr. Orji Uchenna Orji said marriage was instituted by God Himself and  any family that makes God its cornerstone will prosper in bounds.

The Wedding solemnization took place at Christ Embassy Abakaliki 1, Loveworld Complex Mile 50 and  was officiated by Pastor Peters and Pastor Eunice Oyeyemi who were also the Chief hosts of the solemnization ceremony.

Ebonyi State Governmet Sues For Peace In Ikwuato Idembia, Dissolves The Development Union Executive

Stanley Okoro Emegha have charged the people of Ikwuato Idembia, in Ezza South Local government to embrace peace and refrain from unnecessary squabble for village Leadership in the community. Emegha gave the charge during a peace meeting with the stakeholders of area, to douse the tension created by the quest for an election to elect new executive of the Development union and a pettition written to that effect. Ebonyi State Governmet Bans Street, Road Trading Within The City Center

By Our Reporter Ebonyi State Government has announced bans on street/road trading along major roads from old Government House to Onuebonyi Junction, Afikpo road through Akanu Ibiam to Onuebonyi Junction and all the streets within the neigbourhood of old Abakpa Market, effective from Wednesday, 4th March, 2020. In a statement made available to newsmen and personally endorsed by the secretary to Ebonyi State Governmet/Coordinating Commmissioner and who also the Chairman, Exco Committee on international market, Dr Kenneth Ugbala, reveals that Government directs that anyone found violating this directive should be arrested, investigated and prosecuted in line with the law.
