Breaking: Umahi Approves Construction Of Strategic Roads In Ikwo
Governor David Umahi of Ebonyi State, has approved the construction of some strategic roads in Ikwo, the home of the immediate governor of the state, Chief Martin Elechi.
The roads, according to the statement made available to newshunt by the special assistant to the governor on Media, Mr Francis Nwaze are Enyibichiri-Ojon-Nwida Road and Eworoshade-Amagu.
The statement reads further, "In view of the above, the Governor has directed that contractors who are interested and have the technical requirements for executing quality jobs should immediately contact any of the EXCO members from the affected communities to indicate their interest on the Job."
The statement continued,
"Governor Umahi also directed that all Members of Ebonyi State Executive Council who are from the said communities to quickly scout for experienced contractors with reliable background on quality construction for immediate engagement as funds have been earmarked for it", he concluded.
