Onicha West Constituency; Agwu Nwogo Picks PDP Nomination Form, Vows Not To Disappoint His People

The street of Abakaliki was yesterday locked down as a legal luminary, Barr. Ogbonna Agwu Nwogo picks the PDP nomination form to represent the good people of Onicha West constituency in Ebonyi state House of Assembly come 2019 election.
Barr. Nwogo while presenting the form to the Executive chairman of Onicha LGA, Engr Felix Ogbonna Igboke before the massive crowd that besieged the venue chanting in solidarity, vow not to disappoint the people's trust and confidence bestowed on him. He said that he is on a mission to restore effective representation,anchored on accountability, astuteness,integrity and selflessness to the constituent.
The Traditional prime minister of Igboeze, Chief Akpa Ogo, who was also the leader of the delegate sent by the elders of the constituent to pick up the nomination form for the choice aspirant of the constituency, Barr. Ogbonna Agwu Nwogo, said that the aspirant is the collective choice of the people of Onicha west and urge the chairman of Onicha LGA, Hon. Felix Igboke, to prevail on the leadership of the party to respect the collective will of the people of Onicha West. Other speakers at event, which include, the coordinator of Akubaraoha youth Assembly, Onicha LGA, the clergy and women group, all affirmed the choice of Barr. Ogbonna Agwu Nwogo as the people's choice and urge other aspirants to close rank and join hands with him to effect an all - inclusive representation in the constituency.
Responding, the Chairman of Onicha LGA,Hon Felix Igboke, who was marveled by the massive crowed that accompanied the aspirant,thanked him for pulling such crowed in just for the event of picking up a nomination form and equally thanked people for the solidarity they accorded the aspirant in particular and the PDP in general and urged them to continue in the same might irrespective of whatever the outcome of the decision of the party might be.He tasked the people to remain firm with PDP as it remains the best party in Nigeria.
In his remark, Barr. Ogbonna Agwu Nwogo thanked the chairman for the warm reception accorded him and his supporters as he vowed to remain resolute in ensuring that his people is given quality representation irrespective of gender and status. he maintained that his aspiration was born out desire to engender all-inclusive representation where the youths, women,elders, the sick, the vulnerable and children are all recognized, respected and cared for.celplusmedia.blogspot.com

The Ebonyi state chapter of Action People's Party(APP) have commended the Ebonyi state House of Assembly for expressly approving the 180 million requested by the state governor as the amount needed by the Ebonyi state Independence Electoral commission (EBSIEC) for the conduct of the 2020 Council election in the state.
