2019; Enyibichiri Community Re-affirms Their Endorsement For Umahi/Nwuruku R-elections Bid

The entire Enyibichiri Alike community in Ikwo LGA of the state, yesterday emptied into the popular and ancient OJON market, venue of the stakeholders meeting organized by Enyibichiri community to re-affirmed their solidarity and earlier endorsement and adoption of Engr David Nweze Umahi as their only gubernatorial candidate and Hon. Humphrey Nwuruku, as their sole candidate for Ikwo North Constituency, Ebonyi state House of Assembly, come 2019 election.
The stakeholder who spoke at the event re-affirmed their support and confidence in the administration of Engr David Nweze Umahi as they eulogizes his achievements in all facets of the state life and economy, within three years in office, which necessitated their call for his re-election come 2019 general election, to enable him consolidate on the achievements already recorded and do more for the good of the state. In the same vein, they commended the Member representing Ikwo North Constituency in the state House of Assembly, Engr Hon. Humphrey Nwuruku, who they described as a true representative of the people and thereby, declared him their sole candidate for Ikwo North constituency in the state House of Assembly come 2019 election. This is based on his overwhelming achievements as a legislator, who has impacted positively in the lives of his constituent through robust representation, unprecedented projects across all the electoral wards within the constituency.
The meeting witnessed the commissioning of Enyibichiri PDP Ward office by Ebonyi state PDP chairman, Barr. Onyekachi Nwebonyi, ably represented by the state zonal party vice chairman (central) Barr. Caleb Onwe, who was overwhelmed by the mammoth crowed that graced the event and thanked the organizers for putting together such event and urged them continue in their support for the administration of Engr David Umahi and Hon. Humphrey Nwuruku, and make sure that they are re-elected come 2019 election to ensure continuity of good governance and quality representation. The PDP Chairman, Ikwo LGA chapter Hon. Sunday Onuzu and the secretary, Hon. Emmanuel Ekuma were also present at the event.
The Enyibichiri stakeholders present at the event were Chief Ambassador Lawrence Nwuruku (Enyioha), Chief V.E. Nwode, Chief Livinus Ilang, Hon. Dickland Ovuna, coordinator, Ikwo South D.C. and Hon. Peter Okeh. Others are Hon. James Nwode, Hon. Celestine Nwele, Hon. Ichie Nwonu, Hon.Amechi Nwovu, Dr Emeka Nwode, Mr Athony Egwu, Hon. Chukwuma Edeh. Other are the leaders of Akubaraoha youth assembly, PDP youth leaders, Akubaraoha Women Assembly and other youth groups, all pledged their support for the re-elections bid of Egnr David Nweze Umahi and Engr Hon. Humphrey Nwuruku in 2019 general election.

Ebonyi APP Commends The State House Of Assembly's Approval Of N180m For Council Polls

The Ebonyi state chapter of Action People's Party(APP) have commended the Ebonyi state House of Assembly for expressly approving the 180 million requested by the state governor as the amount needed by the Ebonyi state Independence Electoral commission (EBSIEC) for the conduct of the 2020 Council election in the state. The new born babies who are the crown Queen's birthday mates received gifts items from her.
