Covid-19; Umahi Sends Palliative To Ebonyians In Lagos, Abuja

In his avowed commitment to the welfare and well-being of Ebonyians both in the state and those outside the state. The state Governor, Engr David Umahi on Wednesday announced a palliative packages for Ebonyians resident in Lagos and Abuja.

Governor Umahi who made the announcement during his weekly state wide broadcast, said that essence of palliative to Ebonyians in Lagos and Abuja was to cushion the effects of hardship they have suffered as a result of the continued lockdown since the outbreak of the Virus, being the epic center of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Umahi announced palliative packages of five thousand (5,000) bags of 5kg rice and Ten Million Naira Cash to those in Lagos while those in Abuja will get two thousand (2,000) bags of 5kg rice and Five Million Naira Cash.
He urged them to stay safe and observe all precautionary measure and avoid traveling home as many have contracted the Virus on transit.
