Hon. Ikoro Ogbonna Kingsley is a member representing Afikpo North – West Constituency in Ebonyi state House of Assembly. He is currently the Deputy leader of the house and chairman, house committee on finance and appropriation.He is a leader per-excellence, with deep vision and great sense of responsibility, who gives only the best to his constituent. He is a performer who believes in working silently for his people without much media attention.

Recently, there was a fabricated post tailored towards maligning him, his legislative achievements and his constituent by a paid online agent, sponsored by a political weakling who is an interested party in the current position of Hon Ikoro, but instead of being constructive in his approach to issue, he resorted to politics of calumny and name calling, which is a tool of irresponsible political jobbers.
Ordinarily, the post wouldn’t have earned our response, but for record sake and for the sake of those who may be misled by such malicious and fictitious online write up,based on our founding, Ebonyi Times wish to authoritatively tell you that all issues raised by the said agent are baseless, fallacious and unfounded.It is obvious that post was made out of hatred, envy and jealousy orchestrated by overwhelming and intimidating records of Hon. Ikoro as a member representing the constituency.

It is on record that Hon. Ikoro Ogbonna Kingsley has lived up to the expectation of his constituent and the admiration of his colleagues based on the humongous achievements he has recorded.Though, his achievements and impacts on his constituent are perceptible, but we are not here to outline them as it against his policy, though it is ineluctable to correct the devious and egregious act of the detestable and jobless fellow. Hon Ikoro has among other things, reconstructed the popular Orie Amasiri market to a befitting status, built an abattoir and sink a motorized borehole in the market for the good of the people; over 250 people were registered on his free medical program within the constituency; he has been registering WAEC for some selected intelligent student within his constituency; has procured fertilizers and other agricultural inputs to boost the school agricultural program of Engr David Umahi’s administration in some selected school in the constituency; he has been consistent in the distribution of writing and learning material to students and schools within the constituency and he is currently sinking seventeen (17) boreholes across the communities within the constituency amongst other numerous programs and projects to his credit.

Hon. Ikoro is undoubtedly, at home with his people, he has done and still doing well for his people, It is therefore, imperative to advise the political weaklings and their paid agent to be well guided, as there is always a day of reckoning to every wicked act and reward therewith. If you must criticize, be constructive and avoid malicious act and falsehood. refrain from the despicable act of character assassination just because you want to score cheap political point.
