Support Gov. Umahi's Effort In Transforming Abakaliki Capital City-Stanley Okoro Emegha

The special Assistant to Ebonyi state governor on capital territory, Hon. Stanley Okoro Emegha, has urged the good people of Ebonyi state to complement the effort of Engr David Umahi led administration in its bid to transforming the Abakaliki capital city into a world class mega city.   He made the appeal while on routine inspection of water fountains and other facilities within the metropolis. He frowned at the way and manner some unscrupulous elements destroys government facilities with reckless abandon, without recourse to the fact that government expended huge resources and energy in putting such structures and facilities in place. He therefore, warned that government will henceforth, deal decisively with anyone caught vandalizing or damaging any of its facilities or installations within the state capital as adequate measures has been put in place to monitor, apprehend and subsequently prosecute those sabbortagging government efforts in turning Abakaliki into a mega city

Before assumption of office on 29th may, 2015. Engr David Umahi was faced with heinous task of salvaging the total breakdown of infrastructural facilities and other needs that are ineluctable in the state. He quickly swung into action, turning the entire state into construction site. He started and completed three flyover bridges within the capital city, constructed all major roads within the capital city and ensured that one or two major road (s) is (are) constructed across all the thirteen (13) LGA of the state thereby, linking all the LGAs to the state capital.
